His workspace is cozy and cluttered in the manner only a busy gnome could accumulate. This tiny, crotchety old gnome is a polymathic loremaster in charge of the “triage” piles of the Bibliotheque. He is apparently skilled in many obscure languages, and commands a measure of power or authority within the bureaucracy of the Institute hinting that it was within his purview to direct the bursar to disburse funds in the procurement of artifacts of interest.
